JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and expand sales networks, particularly with construction contractors and developers.
• Directly report to the manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets in the Northern Vietnam market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Support in negotiating contracts and closing deals with key partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong network with construction contractors and developers is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and contractors.
